The ideal conditions of the deep, cold, pollutant free waters off Iceland enable us to produce this premium quality product. Cod Liver Oil contains Omega 3 essential fatty acids, including EPA and DHA. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, normal vision and normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Nutritional Information

Each 2.5ml serving will provide on average Vitamin A 1375mcg (172%*), 6.25mcg Vitamin D (125%*), 200mg EPA (8%) and 225mg DHA (9%).

Directions

Adults and children over 5 years old: Up to one 2.5ml ½ teaspoon) serving daily before food. Can be mixed with fruit juice or milk or taken on its own. This product contains Vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
