Nutritional Information

Two capsules will provide on average: Vitamin B6 3.28mg (234%*), Kelp Powder 50mg providing a minimum of 30μg of Iodine (20%*), Apple Cider Vinegar Powder 80mg, Lecithin 200mg.

Take two capsules with water 30 minutes before a meal. Take up to six capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
