Multivitamin & Minerals Tablets are a multivitamin complex with added minerals which has been developed for those who want a potent supplement with the added convenience of a single dosage. To help optimise good health, each tablet contains a specially selected combination of Vitamins together with Iron, Magnesium, Zinc and Iodine chosen to actively supplement the diet.

Pregnant Women: Do not take this product if you are pregnant, breast feeding or likely to become pregnant. Pregnant women should not supplement with more than 800 mcg (2664 iu) preformed Vitamin A daily except on the advice of a doctor or ante natal clinic. Not suitable for children under the age of 10 years. All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liver and products made from liver. Over 50’s should not take other supplements containing retinol.
