Take one capsule a day with a meal.

Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12.

Do not take this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or likely to become pregnant. All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liver and products made from liver. Over 50’s should not take other
supplements containing retinol.
