Lecithin is a fatty substance found in many foods and also manufactured in the body. It contains Choline which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal lipid metabolism, and the maintenance of normal liver function.

Take one to two capsules a day with food. Up to three capsules may be taken a day as required. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12.
