Psyllium Capsules Contains the powdered seed of the Plantago plant. Seeds from this species of plant are high in fibre and produce a mucilaginous gel when combined with water. Psyllium capsules are recommended to be taken 3 at a time before a meal with plenty of water and are available in 1 months’ supply packs of 90.
