Power Pro Recovery has been created to provide a powerful post workout recovery protein shake. After exercise it is crucial that you consume a good ratio of protein and carbohydrates to help with recovery and the breakdown of muscle.
After any intense workout, muscles suffer protein degradation and glycogen depletion. It is important to replace carbohydrates utilized during workouts and consume protein to aid the repair of damaged muscle tissue and to stimulate the development of new tissue.

Mix 2 heaped scoops (approx. 80 grams) with 300 - 400mls of water or milk. Shake well for 30 seconds. Best served chilled. *Tip - Consume within 20 minutes after your session to help maximise recovery and to fully prepare your body for your next session.
