Power Health Omega 3 Liquid has been formulated especially for children. It is a concentrated source of the essential Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).1*DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function. 2*DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Strawberry Flavour
Children under 6 years: ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) a day. Children over 6 years & adults: one 5ml teaspoon a day. Take on its own or add to food or drink, such as yoghurt, milkshakes or fruit juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
